Modern medical science has started accepting the role of mind in curing our physical ailments. A modern research has proved the therapeutic aspect of yoga.
Those who want to develop materially, yoga proves a boon for them. For material development too, one need a certain level of concentration, positive thinking, enthusiasm, efficiency, patience, hopefulness and mental peace . Unsteady, fickle and distracted mind can never achieve material growth too. With this, material growth without wisdom proves fatal. Hence, the role of yoga in material growth and wisdom generation is undoubtedly crystal clear.
Yogic science has the solution of all human problems- physical, mental, spiritual, social and national etc. We are facing tremendous social and national challenges today. Our society is divided on the ground of caste, creed, sex, religion and language. Violence, murder, dowry death, rape, corruption, theft, terrorism and abduction etc. has been prevalent in our society today. In spite of massive growth rate, most of population is living under poverty line and lack of education, inequality has been the cause of concern in our country. Patanjali had given the solution of these problems in his book yoga sutra about two thousands year back. The solution lies in the practice of yama and niyama, the moral and ethical commandments. With the practice of five principles truth, non-violence, celibacy, non-theft and non- appropriation by our citizens, our nation and social problems can be resolved very easily.
Truly speaking, yoga is the solution of all human problems. It is a panacea and boon to humanity. It is in fact a journey towards our inner-self which is full of everlasting happiness. Everyone can practice it without any bar of age, sex, caste, creed, religion and language. It is the only science in this world which gives techniques to lift our concentration level from lowest to the highest by gradual practice in only few months.
